For casters 17% is the spell hit cap
26.23 = 1% hit bonus

As a mage I know that will 3% hit from talents means we need 368 hit points.

For calculation purposes,
26.23x17 = 445.91 or 446 hit points without talents

Melee

For melee 2h 9% is the hit cap
32.79 = 1% hit bonus

For melee DW 28% is the hit cap

For calculation purposes,

32.79x9 = 295.11 or 296 hit points without talents

32.79x28 = 918.12 or 919 hit points without talents
